Chef’s Course Tasting Menu

Join us for an exclusive tasting menu by Executive Chef Fariyal Abdullahi and Marcus Samuelsson, set at a reserved seat beside Hav & Mar’s open kitchen. This intimate experience offers a front-row view of the rhythm behind each course, served directly at the pass.
The six-course tasting moves between Sweden, Ethiopia, and New York, tracing the culinary origins of Hav & Mar. Elevate the evening with a beverage pairing curated to complement each course.
Nine seats available per experience.

Chef Andre Fowles presents: My Jamaican Table Launch Dinner

Celebrate the release of Chef Andre Fowles new book, "My Jamaican Table," for a special launch dinner featuring small and large bites from the book.
Named one of Bon Appétit’s Best New Cookbooks of Winter 2026, "My Jamaican Table" is a vibrant tribute to the heart and soul of Jamaica. Drawing from his upbringing in Kingston, Chef Fowles shares more than 100 modern and traditional recipes that capture the island’s bold flavors.
Add a copy of "My Jamaican Table" to your reservation and have it signed during dinner. The first 25 book purchases will receive a special gift from the chef. Books will be available for pickup during dinner service.

Women's History Month x McBride Sisters Happy Hour

Celebrate Women's History Month and Black women-led wineries with an intimate happy hour featuring pours from the McBride Sisters Collection, presented by The Sipping Saint.
Hosted at our main bar, this Women’s History Month gathering offers an opportunity to unwind and connect with leaders in the wine industry.
The evening includes $10 red and white wines by the glass and $12 sparkling rosé, alongside our happy hour menu at Hav & Mar. Bar seating is first come, first served.
