Our Sunday á la carte brunch menu brings together seasonal flavors, fresh florals, and shared plates, inviting you to slow down and enjoy the company.

Chef’s Course Tasting Menu

Join us for an exclusive tasting menu by Executive Chef Fariyal Abdullahi and Marcus Samuelsson, set at a reserved seat beside Hav & Mar’s open kitchen. This intimate experience offers a front-row view of the rhythm behind each course, served directly at the pass.

The six-course tasting moves between Sweden, Ethiopia, and New York, tracing the culinary origins of Hav & Mar. Elevate the evening with a beverage pairing curated to complement each course.
